Welcome to Zinnia Bangladesh. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & confirmation

Placing an order on Zinnia Bangladesh is a request to purchase the selected product. Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel or decline an order if the product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an error, delivery is unavailable for your address, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel a confirmed order, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

2. Product information

We aim to provide clear product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, materials, and pricing information. Actual product colour may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric variation. Please review the product description and Size Guide before placing your order. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or misrepresented products.

3. Prices & payment

All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Applicable delivery charges and any available discount or free shipping offer will be shown before you confirm your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for eligible orders. Additional online payment methods will be displayed only after they become available at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to serviceable locations across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Estimated delivery time and applicable shipping charge depend on your location and will be shown before order confirmation. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, adverse weather, courier disruption, or for remote locations. Please read our Delivery & Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before payment is collected, no refund is required.

6. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our policy conditions. Certain items, including innerwear, lingerie, customised items, free gifts, and items clearly marked Final Sale, are generally not eligible for return or exchange. This restriction does not apply if an item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Customer information & account responsibility

You must provide an accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and other necessary order information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without permission. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

8. Website content & intellectual property

All content on this website, including our logo, text, graphics, product presentation, and website design, belongs to Zinnia Bangladesh or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our website content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, natural disaster, internet failure, or unavoidable service interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable laws of Bangladesh.

10. Complaints & customer support

For questions, complaints, or support regarding an order, contact us at [email protected] or 01705669795. Support hours: Saturday - Thursday, 10 AM to 08 PM. We will maintain a process for reviewing complaints and aim to resolve and notify customers of the outcome within 96 hours.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when our products, payment methods, delivery services, or policies change. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Customers may seek remedies available under applicable consumer protection and other relevant laws of Bangladesh.
