Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Zinnia purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible returns & exchanges
You may request a return or exchange for an eligible item if it is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Returned with the original packaging, where applicable
- Submitted with your order number or proof of purchase
Eligible items may be returned for a size or colour issue, or if you change your mind after delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For approved cases caused by a Zinnia error, we will arrange the return or replacement and cover the applicable delivery charge.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or customisation reasons:
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase
- Free gifts or promotional items received with an order
This restriction does not apply if an item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.
- Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with its tags and original packaging, where applicable.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your exchange or approved refund.
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
Return & exchange delivery charges
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Zinnia will cover the applicable return or replacement delivery charge. For size, colour, or change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charge, unless a free-exchange offer is clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, you may request an eligible refund according to our Refund Policy.
