We deliver Zinnia orders to serviceable addresses across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Checkout will show delivery availability, estimated delivery time, and the shipping charge for your address.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver to addresses supported by our courier partners across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and locations outside Dhaka. Delivery availability for remote or hard-to-reach locations may vary and will be confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.

The estimates below include up to 1 business day of order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your address, courier coverage, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Major cities include Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi. Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. The final delivery charge, including any free-shipping offer, will always be shown before you confirm your order.

Payment method currently available

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for eligible orders. You will pay the confirmed order total, including any applicable delivery charge, when your order is delivered. Additional online payment methods will be shown at checkout only after they become available.

Order processing & dispatch

After your order is confirmed, we normally prepare it for dispatch within 1 business day. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send dispatch or tracking information through the channels used for your order. Where tracking is available, you may also track your order using your order number and phone number on our Track Order page.

Delivery delays or unavailable addresses

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, courier disruption, remote-area limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If delivery is not available for your address after order confirmation, we will contact you using the phone number or email provided with your order.
